Jetstec Base No. 1 is a factory built on the land owned by Vast Ocean Group, covering an area of 36 acres, with a building area of 26,000 square meters for the factory and office area. It is located in the National High-tech Industrial Park in Shangjie District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.
Jetstec currently has complete R&D and production capabilities for connector products, with multi-specification raw material machining capabilities, mold design and production capabilities, plastic injection parts production capabilities, pinhole parts processing and electroplating capabilities, and supporting molds and connector R&D centers. It has established school-enterprise cooperation with Zhengzhou University, Henan University of Science and Technology, and Luoyang University of Technology. Several mold and connector projects have been rated as provincial key scientific research projects and enjoy the policy support of national key high-tech enterprises.

The mould R&D center currently has more than 20 R&D personnel, focusing on the research and development of mould technology. It is committed to promoting technological progress in mould design and manufacturing, and continuously improving the design level, manufacturing process and product quality of moulds to meet the global market demand for high-precision, high-efficiency and high-quality moulds.
The connector R&D center currently has more than 30 R&D personnel, providing lightweight and high-speed design solutions for multiple domestic and foreign connector brands, and providing customers with high-standard customized products from OEM to ODM.
The quality control center currently has 60 quality inspection personnel and more than 10 national standard inspection equipment, which are mainly used for product pull-out force inspection, salt spray inspection, electrical performance inspection, environmental performance inspection and mechanical performance inspection, etc., to ensure that product quality meets established standards and customer needs.
The injection molding workshop currently has 25 vertical injection molding machines with injection capacities ranging from 50 tons to 650 tons, which can meet the simultaneous production of injection molding of different types of products.
The connector assembly workshop currently has: 10 38999 circular connector assembly lines, 5 Arinc series product assembly lines, with visual production site inspection equipment, automated bonding equipment, automated glue filling equipment, and automated stamping parts assembly equipment, which can realize the automation of key assembly links to ensure product batch consistency and qualification.
The cable assembly workshop currently has wire cutting machines, stripping machines, terminal machines, injection molding machines, and vertical molding machines. It has more than 100 sets of advanced domestic and foreign production equipment to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
The molding workshop is fully equipped with production tools, with a total of 15 types of machine processing equipment, including milling machines, drilling machines, grinders, and special CNC, wire cutting, EDM and other high-precision equipment, which can meet the design and production of various types of product accessories and fully meet the process and manufacturing requirements of upper-end raw materials and spare parts of connector products.
